Nesha Wonderland (Writer/Performance Artist/Entrepreneur) is a young female African-American empowering talent from Southern California. Her art is focused on messages that inspire the human mind to reflect ,wonder, and heal.
At just age 9 Nesha wrote, directed, casted and produced a play called "Black History" that was created into a assembly for Ridge Crest elementary.
By her senior year in high school she showcased her talents in choreography and dance by winning the club BSU"Black Student Union" 1st place for Poly Technical High schools homecoming Lip Sync competition. She also was earned the Mary McLeod Bethune Memorial Music/Drama Award 2009.
After graduating from the Los Angeles Film School Nesha going by the Moniker Jade Bridget co- hosted and wrote for a I-Heart streaming station Accelerated radio on the "Vitamin D Show" about women empowerment, positive healthy living habits and entertainment news that became the #2 show on the network in 2015.
Currently Nesha is the Owner & Founder of Nesha Wonderland
Productions creating spoken word performance art, a Web Series based on interviews with experts sharing life tools called Have you Ever Wondered with Nesha, and a podcast called Why Pray offering Bible history, scriptures to use for meditation and intercessory prayer.
June 2018 she independently produced and performed her solo show with award winning Director Jessica Lynn Johnson during the Hollywood Fringe Festival for a successful 5 show run at the Ruby Complex Theatre.
Through her exceptional performance skills and alluring voice Nesha shares a story of her own and many women who have had dreams as young girls but faced many obstacles that led them to their wits end and detoured them away from beating the odds. In hopes of sharing how to beat the odds to many women she aspires to tour the college circuits around the world with her show and workshops that will help educate and help many young people who face trauma; find their healing through faith in Christ using art.
Currently she is also studying Psychology for a Bachelors degree at Post University in order to create art exhibitions and provide expertise towards a original talk show based on behavioral science. While studying Nesha also works within the local Los Angeles community as a Facilitator, Ambassador & Mentor for a non profit youth group organization called Marching Beauties helping mentor young girls 13-17 in schools, recreation centers and shelters through a 3-6-week empowerment & development workshop program.
