PRAYING GODS WORD - THANKFUL TO TRUST YOU GOD - PSALM 16

Find a quiet space and give your "time tithe" to Jesus.

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you with thanksgiving. Thank you for not abandoning our souls. Thank you for keeping us and protecting us God.

In you we place our trust. In our darkest moments you have been our refuge. Thank you Father.

You are our Lord and there is no good beside you. Thank you for making us your people and taking us through trials that bring about in us your majestic power, your noble wisdom and your excellent grace.

Though the sorrows of those who have chosen another God are being multiplied today, we thank you that through your loving kindness and mercy there are many being saved.

Thank you Lord for being the portion of our inheritance. Thank you for being an overflowing cup we can drink from. Thank you for supporting our lot.

Thank you Lord for counseling us. Help us to set our minds on you through the days and the nights when our hearts and minds try to instruct us. Help us Holy Spirit to not lean on our understanding but to look to you only.

Because we have set our minds on you, you have assured us that you are our right hand and we will never be shaken.

Our bodies will dwell in safety. Thank you Father for never abandoning us.

Thank you for not allowing us to decay. Thank you for your plan to show us the path of life through your only begotten son Jesus.

Thank you for giving us fullness of joy in your presence. We thank you that in your right hand there are pleasures forevermore for us. In Jesus name. Amen.

PSALM 16 Prayer 🙏🏾

LESSON FROM TODAY'S SCRIPTURE: Through praying and studying this scripture today I am learning about how great it is to put our total trust in God. Through this scripture of praise I see how faithful God is and how worthy he is of praise and trust. When I think back to the hardest times of my life it was the Holy Spirit that was speaking to me saying “carry on” “don’t give up” “you got this” and though my flesh was weary my soul was comforted by a Father that is trustworthy that is willing to die for me. So praying this scripture not only gives me confidence and knowledge to know how good God has been to me but it also gives my hope refreshing, to know that I can trust him no matter what I am going through. What did praying and studying this scripture show you?
